1. What’s Included in the General Admission?
Unlock the doors to our 1200+ sq ft space for sessions lasting 30, 60, or 90 minutes. It's a chill vibe here; we're limiting sessions to 10-20 people at a time. Explore our 15+ ever-evolving scenes for those perfect shots.

2. Who's Got to Grab a Ticket?
Everyone aged 2 and up needs a ticket to get in, no exceptions. Kids 13 and under? They need an adult by their side. The adult is required to purchase a ticket as well. Remember: No ticket, no entry. Even if you're just waiting for someone, you'll need a ticket to be inside.

3. What's the Deal with Refunds?
All sales are final. We've got limited spots, so once a ticket is yours, it stays that way.

4. Coming with a Group?
If you’re rolling with your crew, it's a good idea to buy tickets together to ensure everyone gets in. Separate purchases might mean not everyone gets a spot.

5. What Should I Bring Along?
Just bring yourself and your camera, phone, or tablet. If you've got more gear or props in mind, you might need a private slot. Any questions about what's cool to bring? Just ask.

6. Can I Switch Up My Look?
Sure thing! There's one outfit change allowed, with a restroom for convenience. Need more changes? Contact us about a private session.

7. When's a Good Time to Arrive?
Be prompt. Please arrive just 5 minutes before your scheduled time. We take pride in keeping the place pristine for all our guests.

8. Any Age Limits?
All ages are welcome here at Pictopia. Just a heads up: if they're 13 or under, they'll need to be with an adult. And yep, both need tickets.

9. How About Kids' Tickets?
Children aged 2 and under? They're on us, as long as there's a paying adult. For the 3+ crew, tickets start at $20. Every member of the family needs a ticket to enter.

10. Can I bring my pet? Although we love the cute faces of your pets, we ask that you please leave them at home. If you have a service dog, you must present your official documentation papers. A "service harness" is not proof for us. As the owner of your pets, you resume full responsibility for your pets including, but not limited to cleanup.

11. Thinking of Hosting an Event Here?
Absolutely! We're here for birthdays, events, or even professional photoshoots. If you're planning something big, or need the space for a unique session, give us a shout.

12. Cash or Credit?
Just cards for now. Secure your spot online at www.thepictopia.com.

House Rules:
Show respect to the venue, our props, and each other. We're a tight-knit community, and we want to keep it that way. If there's any inappropriate behavior, we'll need to ask you to leave. And please, personal belongings stay inside – no borrowing. Your safety is paramount, so remember, you're here at your own discretion.
